Greg Hardy was knocked out again.
The former NFL star, who has embarked on a career in combat sports since leaving the league in 2016, took part in a Texas Combat League boxing match on Thursday.
Hardy, who is also a former UFC heavyweight, has since branched out into boxing, going 3-0 with two knockouts since making his professional debut in October 2022.
In the TCL fight, he faced fellow heavyweight Patrick Mailata, going 6-2 with three knockouts.
Mailata brutally knocked out Hardy, who had been stopped in previous MMA fights.
Hardy was also stopped in another TCL fight last year.
Hardy had stints with the Panthers and Cowboys during his six-year NFL career, which included an All-Pro and Pro Bowl season in 2013, in which he recorded 15 sacks.
His football career took a disturbing turn after a domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend, with photos released after the incident.
Following his NFL career, Hardy began training and competing in mixed martial arts in 2016.

Hardy showed early potential in the Octagon, building a 3-0 amateur record and starting 3-0 in MMA as a professional, impressing UFC commissioner Dana White enough to earn a contract with the promotion.
Hardy made his UFC debut at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on the Henry Cejudo vs. TJ Dillashaw undercard in January 2019.
Hardy lost the fight by disqualification due to an illegal knee to Allen Crowder.
Hardy remained in the promotion for another three years, building a 4-2 record in the UFC before three consecutive knockout losses.
The former Pro Bowler was also knocked out in a bare-knuckle boxing match against Josh Watson as part of BKFC’s KnuckleMania 3 starting in February 2023.
