While his younger brother Travis has been living a life of luxury, Jason Kelce has been enjoying the simple pleasures months after retiring from the NFL after 13 seasons.
As Jason, 36, prepares for his new role as an KeynoteUSA analyst on Monday Night Football next season, he has been spending much of his time with his family and building projects at his home in Philadelphia.
A source close to the Kelces revealed to the US Sun that Jason has spent much of his time working in his man cave and library at home.
“He loves the simple life,” the source said. “Jason is the perfect anti-star.”
The source then shared that the former Philadelphia Eagles center spent $15,000 on his man cave.

A fan of sports memorabilia, Kelce spent some of his fortune on items like iconic gloves and jerseys.
Outside of sports, Kelce studied history and literature at the University of Cincinnati. Since hanging up his cleats, he reportedly spends about $2,000 a month on copies of old books for his personal library.
When he’s not reading or hanging out in his cave, Kelce is said to love mowing the lawn with his $4,000 lawnmower.
Additionally, the source said Kelce spends “over $1,000” on meat when he hosts parties and pairs it with an impressive selection of craft beers.
After 13 NFL seasons with the Eagles, Kelce announced his retirement in March A source told the US Sun that Jason’s spending habits are very different from his brother Travis The Kelce brothers recently became investors in beer brand Garage Beer

“Jason is definitely interested in learning more about the beer business,” the source revealed.
The revelation comes shortly after Jason and Tavis became investors in Garage Beer together.
While the 2018 Super Bowl winner is unsurprisingly making up for lost time with wife Kylie and daughters Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett, the source emphasized the difference between him and Travis when it comes to where they spend their money.
“He doesn’t care about fashion,” said the source, who says Jason is content with his favorite pair of sneakers (a pair of Nike Air Monarchs that cost $70), Birkenstocks or flip-flops.
“A basic pair of Levi’s and a shirt will do. He lives a simple life and enjoys the simple pleasures.”
